  • Yes, If you’re looking for a structured meal program I offer this in my nutrition coaching call or through in person or virtual training session packages.

  • Be clear with yourself on what your currently struggling with. ex) If you go to the gym 4x a week but struggle with eating enough or too much, nutrition would be your issue and this where I can help you find a solution.

  • No. If you are purchasing the virtual program all you need are a few dumbbells, bands, and a mat. If you are purchasing the in-person program I will provide you with access to a gym.

  • Unfortunately those are the only two formats I am currently using but in-person sessions might be the best fit for you.

  • Yes. You can add your credit card to PayPal or Venmo and pay via those platforms.

  • Yes. I work with women who are pregnant, looking to become pregnant or wanting to develop stronger core and pelvic floor post baby.

  • Anywhere between 4-8 weeks. Please give yourself enough time to properly lose weight.

  • No. I’m here to set realistic and practical goals for you. I will not put you on keto or low carb. I’m all about sustainable weight loss and making sure you lose weight healthy.

  • Once purchased no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Please be mindful of the program you choose.
